You don’t want to pay a management company a commission fee but you do want to leave your investment property in a safe pair of hands? Can’t find anyone who has the capacity to deal with the whole package? You are worried that nobody will understand your attention to detail? You are in luck! Because we guarantee that we’ll be as passionate about your property as you are. Our discreet and tailored concierge service will give you peace of mind and ensure that your home is kept to a high standard all-year round. We have two packages available which are outlined below. Level 1 Concierge Service
£45/month paid by standing order for 12 months,
or discounted price £480/year if paid in full prior to  12  month contract start date.
  • Automatic upgrade to eco-cleaning products and seamless arrangement of laundry around your changeover days.
  • Priority cleaning for last-minute bookings so you can maximise revenue.
  • Free laundry delivery 7 days a week (Sundays normally carry a £5 surcharge).
  • Emergency key holding.
  • Weekly gas and electricity meter readings.
  • Provision of welcome hampers and special requests. Additional price dependent on package required.
  • Shopping for and delivery of guest supplies
  • Arranging pre-emptive property maintenance, such as a gardener, window cleaner, oven cleaner and decorators.
  • Monthly visit and inspection when the property is empty – your insurance will most likely require this.
  • At the end of the phone if you ever need industry-related advice or help with a specific problem.

Level 2 Concierge Service

£65/month paid by standing order for 12 months,
or discounted price £720/year if paid in full prior to  12 month contract start date.

  • All items included in the ‘Level 1 Concierge Service’.
  • 24/7 emergency call outs.
  • Rubbish and recycling removal.
  • Arranging emergency tradespeople on changeover days if required, such as handymen, electricians, and plumbers.
  • Source quotes and project manage home improvements, such as decorators and roof repairs, with regular progress reports and supporting photographs.
  • Free property “freshen up” prior to guest arrival when your property has been vacant for 2 weeks or more.
  • Christmas decorating - decorations to be supplied by owner.
  • Going on holiday yourself? We can be the first point of contact for your guests for up 2 weeks per year so that you can turn off your phone and completely relax.
  • Coming to visit? Send us your shopping list and we’ll purchase and stock the kitchen before you arrive. We’ll simply attach the receipt to your next cleaning invoice.

Welcome Hampers
  • Basic: 1 x bottle of wine and 1 x box of chocolates. £15.
  • Devon Classic: 4 x homemade chocolate brownies, 1 x bottle of wine, 1 x large bottle of Luscombe Wild Elderflower Bubbly,    1 x 200g bag of Owens Coffee, 1 x fresh milk. £30.
  • To upgrade from wine to Prosecco, add £5.
  • Additional homemade chocolate brownies £2 each.
